How do I connect my Bluetooth printer?

Go to Settings > Printer Setup. Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and your printer is powered on. Tap "Scan for Printers" and select your printer from the list. PrintPro supports most 58mm and 80mm Bluetooth thermal printers.

Which printers are supported?

PrintPro works with most ESC/POS compatible Bluetooth thermal printers (58mm and 80mm). Popular brands include Epson, HIROBOT, Rongta, Xprinter, and most generic thermal printers available on Amazon/Flipkart.

How do I set up GST for my business?

Go to Settings > Business Profile. Enable GST, enter your GSTIN number, and select your State/Place of Supply. PrintPro will automatically calculate CGST/SGST or IGST based on your customer's location.

Can I share receipts digitally via WhatsApp?

Yes! After creating a receipt, tap the WhatsApp share button. A digital bill link is generated and sent to your customer. This is a Premium feature.

How do I scan a receipt or product catalog?

Tap "Scan Receipt / Catalog" from the home screen. Use your camera to capture a receipt or product list, and PrintPro will extract items automatically using OCR. This is a Premium feature.

How do I back up my data?

Sign in with Google or Apple from Settings. Once signed in, go to Settings > Cloud Backup and tap "Backup Now". Your receipts, items, customers, and business data are securely backed up to the cloud.

How do I restore data on a new phone?

Install PrintPro on your new phone, sign in with the same Google or Apple account, and go to Settings > Cloud Backup > Restore. All your data will be restored.

What is included in the Free plan?

The Free plan includes basic receipt creation, Bluetooth printing, one business profile, English language receipts, and basic templates with a monthly receipt limit.

What does Premium unlock?

Premium includes unlimited receipts, digital bill sharing, OCR scanning, voice input, multi-language receipts (Hindi, Tamil, Gujarati, Marathi), custom templates, analytics dashboard, GST reports, GSTR-1 export, cloud backup, and no watermark.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your device's app store settings. On iPhone: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions. Your premium features remain active until the end of the billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Delete Account & Data. This permanently removes your account, cloud backup, shared digital bills, and all local data. This action cannot be undone.

The app is in a language I don't understand. How do I change it?

Go to Settings (gear icon) > Language. PrintPro supports English, Hindi, Tamil, Gujarati, and Marathi.
